Ok... now time for a MAJOR restructuration We have WAY too much content so now we have to find a way to organize all this.

Process

1. Define the objective
   1. Maintain links for everything but the coevolution project (then redirection is ok)
   2. Have a clear CoEvolution website to show to clients that can eventually be hosted elsewhere
2. Define the current situation
   1. See Current external and internal structure
3. Define the targeted situation
   1. See the proposed new structure
4. Define the strategy to go from [2] to [3]
5. Apply [4]
6. Check if [1] has been reached else return to [2]

Strategy

1. backup everything
2. build a new isolated wiki (eventually a WikiFarms)
3. build the proposed new structure
4. for each information required in the new structure
   1. locate the information thanks to its external structure
   2. if it is a leaf (==no outgoing links, check ?action=links)
      1. copy the information thanks to its internal structure
      2. correct the incoming links (check ?action=refcounts) to point to its new location
      3. change the source to a redirect link
   3. else
      1. try 4.2 with the first outgoing link
