Principle

Measure the impact of the financial crisis on Internet regarding quality of services (QoS, SLA, ping, uptime, etc).

Questions

• Is there pruning effect, making services disappear and keeping only more resistant ones?
• Is it possible to make correlations with effects (finance/politics/...) and make forecast?
