What is the consultancy business model ?

Cf definition...

What are its strengths ?

• High flexibility (but high uncertainty)
• Low financial investment (but low barrier to entry)
• High learning requirements (but difficult to stay up to date perpetually)

What are its weaknesses ?

• Hard to differentiate from alternatives (but network from previous experiences)
• Hard rove the value before hand (but portfolio)
• Not scalable (implicit knowledge is extremely difficult to transmit)

Why it is the best so far ?

Because the others BM are so bad ;)
