Principle

Scans pages and add information like

• "this is a person"
• "this is an organization"
• etc

that are tedious to add but still very useful. You can just review the result in the edit form by default and keep what you want.

According to each type Seedea will handle information accordingly (not just "Search in Google").

Technical solution

OpenCalais automatically annotate your content with rich semantic metadata, including entities such as people and companies and events and facts such as acquisitions and management changes.

PHP and JSON Demos.

Convert the PHP demo to a pmwiki module based on Seedea API.

Feedback

The ClearForest Gnosis plugin for Firefox worked quite well on Seedea.SandIdeabox since it detected organization and persons and not just technical terms.
