Installing Seedea

So you want to have your own Seedea instance instead of relying on Seedea.org? Here is why it's good or bad, once you are sure that you need your own instance, install it thanks to this tool.

Objective

Design a module to generate a specialized instance of Seedea based on the running version, selected data and offer the possibility to install it remotely

Solution

Integrate Seedea.SeedeaKey#software, especially the synchronization problematic.

  • PmWiki RestorePmWiki : Restore or move a PmWiki installation from an archive
  • PmWiki Backup and Restore : background information on making backups
  • PmWiki BackupPages : Automatically back up the wiki.d directory to a .zip file
  • PmWiki Standalone : run in a "standalone" mode, without needing a webserver such as Apache
• based on another targeted architecture (eventually converted to another wiki, see Seedea.ArchitectureWikiLayer)
• possible to rely on the packager generator (for the offline use)
• possible to rely on the backup tool
• generated with a specific language
• build a template
• test it with "D:\My Documents\My Artwork\Ideas for futur artwork.xml"
