F/LAT - Free / Libre Arts and Technologies

F/LAT hosts several workshops & meetings, exploring artistic and technological practices through which we produce a basis of knowledge.

Those workshops are open to all and are fundamental to research and production, they engage everyone in exploration of new processes and technologies. We propose introduction to digital processes, from Network Interaction, sound processing, VRlabs, data exploration, to Linux architecture.

F/LAT is a horizontal research and production space focusing on free (as in freedom) software practices in art. The main cells structure the platform in 3 complementary dynamics:

research (F/LAT.dev)
experimental education (F/LAT.edu)
networking and exchange (F/LAT.tmp).
